Manohar Nimbolkar

More than 12 years of experience in the high technology, customised software development, ERP, CRM, Mobile App Development, E-commerce and corporate training, I bring my experience as a leader in building and leading high performance teams.

I worked in startups where everything needed to be built like Mind-ready, Embrace and Meta-foam. I also have experience with large international corporations from previous work at HCL Info-system. My motivation comes from the challenges ahead of me and I will bring my team to reach corporate objectives.

My expertise is in leading a team toward growth by implementing a clear plan of actions based on a creative vision and strategy. Synchronising the services, products and sales efforts with the operational objectives is the way to do it. Growth is good, but profitability is the main objective.
